    Ned Yost shuffles the Lineup

Yost with the addition of Dyson moves Alex down to the 5 spot and Franceour to the 2 hole. This is a terrible idea and it may work for a week or so but over the course of the year having a low OBP guy like Frenchy into the 2 hole is a disaster

True. In addition to that, while there are a lot of things to like about Dyson getting additional playing time I have to echo a thought I saw posted on another board. So Dyson wasn't good enough to make the opening day roster, but now he's good enough to bat leadoff?

I like Dyson, and think he has a chance to be a decent player for this team. His speed is obviously a game changer, and I absolutely love his defense in CF. Especially in our stadium. In addition to that, he's got a nice line drive stroke that should translate to a decent batting average. That being said he hasn't shown the results that we could hope for from a potential leadoff hitter, and I'm much more comfortable with him in the 9 hole until he shows the ability to hit at the ML level a bit more than he has.

I'm starting to like Yost less and less. Having Frenchy bat second is ridiculous.
