Cleveland Indians fans think the Royals will finish in 2nd place. Well that is what two of the six fans that voted in the online poll for Fansided site Wahoo’s on First thought as of 2:30 this afternoon. It can be good at times to get a view of what the other side thinks from time to time and it is writer Evan Vogel’s opinion that the Royals are a 85-77 squad which as he points out would be just the fourth winning season since 1993.

I grew up on the mean gravel roads of Iowa where I started my love for baseball from the age of 2. George Brett and the voice of Denny Matthews deepened my love even more for the Royals as my father and I spent summers listening to the team on our deck or in the car on our way to or from my little league and high school games.
