Royals place five in the Baseball America Top 100

Five different Royals broke into the Top 100 prospect list released today including 3 in the Top 30.
Mike Montgomery who didn’t crack the BP Top 100 ranked the highest in the organization at #23 while Bubba Starling listed a spot below at #24 with Wil Myers not far behind at #28. Jake Odorizzi and Cheslor Cuthbert were the last two on the list for the Royals ranking in at #68 and #84 respectively. Bryce Harper from the Washington Nationals organization was named #1 overall.

I grew up on the mean gravel roads of Iowa where I started my love for baseball from the age of 2. George Brett and the voice of Denny Matthews deepened my love even more for the Royals as my father and I spent summers listening to the team on our deck or in the car on our way to or from my little league and high school games.
